VARIABLE LOAD CURVE METHOD
In the traditional systems of isotonic training (weights, barbells, machines) the weight is always the same during exercise.
The biomechanical analysis has shown that the muscle can express different strength values at different angles of work.
A fixed isotonic load therefore cannot effectively stimulate the muscle along the entire range of movement:
- It is excessive in the critical points (open and closed angles)
- It is too weak where the muscle can insted express it’s maximum strength
The Variable Load Method allows to optimize the neuro-muscolar stimulation across the full range of movement by means of specific load curve
